It creates, integrates, and manages all [components] of one of the most high-performing hospital systems to support the clinical and logistical activities of the Geneva University Hospitals. The objective is to ensure access to the best anticancer treatment, to propose adapted care, and to anticipate the needs of the hospitalized [patient] (bone marrow transplant, cell therapy, immunotherapy, etc.), to strengthen nursing and medical expertise, and to promote research and [innovation]. The department brings together 4 services (oncology, precision oncology, and radio-oncology) composed of approximately 300 [staff] and with hospital and [research] activities.Departmental Manager – 50%You are in charge of supporting the Oncology Department in its needs. Through cross-functional engineering activity, you design, research, and/or develop solutions allowing for the safe and efficient management of resources in [collaboration] with the [users] and define the service levels (SLA) with the relevant contacts.You are capable of understanding and evaluating new concepts and following their evolution to meet [needs].
