The Spare Parts BU of Ariston Group, which HQ is located in Manno - Ticino (Switzerland) is aiming to reinforce the Planning department, through the introduction of a
DEMAND PLANNING SPECIALIST PARTS (80-100%)
In this role you will be part of a really enthusiastic, professional and skilled team that is responsible for the overall planning process, analyzing historical sales trends and drivers, supporting the forecasting process, performing the interaction with internal and external suppliers. Your mission is the achievement of an outstanding level of service towards the customer by granting the availability of the needed SPs by keeping the stock under strict control. You will also be involved in specific analysis about goods consumptions, stock and footprint optimizations, new product launches. In this job you will be in contact with several department of Ariston Group (R&D, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, technical team,...) and with a wide range of external supplier managing very different kind of components and products.
Your main tasks in this role are:
- Manage external suppliers' (mainly located in EU) orders to grant the goods availability by checking the stock level
- Manage intercompany flows of material from production facilities
- Provide the production priority to SP warehouse according to availability
- Maintain and update the planning tool with needed parameters (safety stock, reorder point, level of service...)
- Be the reference point for sales administration team to provide availability information
- Be the reference point for technical team and PM about new SP availability related to new product launches
- Analyze stock and coverage level for components and SP assigned to your accountability
For the ideal candidate we would require:
- Bechelor in Engineering or Economics, Logistic or equivalent
- Experience in Planning and Supply chain (2-3 years or more)
- Knowledge about SAP planning modules
- Very good knowledge about Excel
- Experience in analysis of big amount of data is a plus
- Proficiency in English and German is mandatory
- Flexibility, communication and negotiation skills, teamworking, sense of responsability
