Job Description
As a decentralised unit secretary, you contribute to the smooth running of the primary and secondary school of Bex and work continuously with teachers, pupils and parents. In doing so, you will contribute not only to administrative efficiency but also to the overall success of the educational mission entrusted to compulsory education in Vaud.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the day-to-day management of the school secretariat
- Ensure HR follow-up of teaching and administrative staff of the school
- Collaborate on pupil enrolments and administrative follow-up
- Organise and manage teacher replacements
- Manage the school archives
- Update and manage the school website
- Collaborate in the training and supervision of the apprentice
- Assume other tasks related to school life
The working hours are annualised and flexibility in hours is required to meet the needs of the school.

Qualifications
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification required
- 6 years of professional experience since obtaining the CFC
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LAGAPEO, DAFEO) required
- Sense of responsibility, organisation and self-control
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Listening, communication and team spirit
- Writing skills and public service ethics
