To complete the existing team, the Debt Collection Office of the Lavaux-Oron district, which employs nearly 15 people, is looking for a debt collection office employee.Responsibilities- Manage simple files, from the filing of the debt collection requisition to the closing of the file.- Execute tasks related to the entire forced execution procedure.- Collaborate in the management of a sector (Execution).- Respond to requests for information in the relevant fields at the counter and by telephone.- Welcome users at the counter, guide them, and inform them about the forced execution procedure.You will find more information in the job description by clicking here.Do you have questions? The debt collection office is at your disposal.Profile- Commercial employee diploma obtained in a debt collection or bankruptcy office, or in another field, ideally supplemented by 2 years of professional experience in the field of debt collection and litigation.- Sense of flexibility, speed, and precision.- Good resistance to stress and ability to communicate in a difficult context.- Mastery of spelling, ease with common tools, and with numerous professional development and continuing education possibilities exist within the Debt Collection Offices and the courts.- As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to present an extract from the debt collection register and the criminal record less than 3 months old.- Hiring is possible at a lower salary level if the duration of experience in the field of debt collection or bankruptcy is insufficient at the time of hiring.Who are we?Alongside the legislative and executive powers, the Vaud Judicial Order (OJV) ensures the role of the third power.In a constantly evolving context with numerous jurisdictional and institutional challenges, we have the duty to control the proper application of laws within the canton.
