We are currently looking to complete our Geneva team with a Debt Collection Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring deadlines and opening debt collection files;
  • Handling reminders and formal notices;
  • Checking and following up on repayments;
  • Full management of debtors;
  • Filing legal proceedings;
  • Representing owners before the courts;
  • Drafting general correspondence for the position.

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in a debt collection department in Switzerland;
  • Knowledge of Vaud debt enforcement/eviction procedures is a plus;
  • Ability to analyse debt collection cases and negotiation skills;
  • Impeccable spelling and writing skills;
  • Precise, proactive, rigorous, and autonomous;
  • Pleasant character with a good team spirit.
