The site manager reports hierarchically to the multi-site institution director.Main responsibilities- Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursery's pedagogical project.- Supervise the quality of care within the team.- Support and accompany staff in specific situations.- Organize schedules and distribute responsibilities within the team.- Conduct annual reviews and ensure local HR follow-up.- Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health standards.- Ensure administrative management (registrations, follow-up of child and family files).- Monitor the budget and manage the nursery's resources.- Update necessary institutional documents and reports (for authorities, headquarters, etc.).- Welcome, inform, and accompany families.- Represent the nursery in external meetings or projects.- Ensure consistency between the nursery's operation and the group's values.- Implement monitoring and quality of care tools.- Participate in institutional, inter-nursery, or cantonal projects.- Identify areas for improvement and propose pedagogical or operational adjustments.Your profile- Recognized diploma in early childhood (ES EDE or equivalent).- Confirmed experience in team management.
