Join us in our quest for excellence and growth.SAV (M/F) – 100% Your mission Within our After-Sales department, you will ensure the supervision, maintenance, and development of the database dedicated to the main objective of ensuring accessibility, reliability, and data quality, while actively contributing to continuous projects related to the scope. You will report directly to the Head of Responsibilities Management & Maintenance Ensure daily operation of the X database system (ProConcept) Guarantee the quality, consistency, and integrity of the data Plan, control, and secure the data cycles & Support Adapt the structure of the database according to departmental needs Train staff on IT tools related to After-Sales Write and maintain up-to-date procedures & Projects Participate in the development and evolution of the X system in the implementation of new IT programs related to After-Sales data Be proactive in proposing tools and processes. Your profile: Background in systems or equivalent field Confirmed experience in database management and/or ERP Mastery of an ERP (ideally ProConcept) Good understanding of issues related to data quality Analytical mind, rigor, and attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally Good skills in communication and collaboration.
