You will join a distributed agile team, committed to good practices such as pull requests, observability, and brown bag meetings. Driven by a culture of continuous learning, we place great importance on technological monitoring and initiatives that will involve you: Build products (Mesh approach): streaming and data pipelines for ingestion and exposure in a Cloud Azure environment. Technology stack: Python, Java Spring Boot, Kafka Cloud, KSQL, Azure Event Hubs, MongoDB, Kubernetes, APIM, Terraform, X Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture teams on the design, implementation, and evolution of the technical architecture of data. Participate in the definition of business requirements related to our products, the breakdown, and prioritization of development tasks (backlog management/refinement). Share your expertise on technologies within our various developer communities and contribute to the evolution of our company's development standards. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure a high level of availability, monitoring, security, and data protection. Model the data (canonical model, Vault), in collaboration with the Architecture and Governance teams. Study and implement solutions aimed at improving data quality and reliability. Participate in agile development ceremonies (scrum). Proactively improve the technical and software architecture to minimize technical debt and maximize agility. Your profile: Higher education level (HES type, Bachelor/Master EPFL or equivalent). A Master's degree is a plus. 3 years of development experience: Python & Java Spring Boot. Minimum of 2 years of development experience on Microsoft Azure: Messaging (Kafka Cloud, Event Hub), processing Factory, (Docker, AKS) & APIM. Good knowledge in data management and access (API, streaming). Functional knowledge in the insurance sector will be considered an advantage. Fluent in French (C1 minimum) X B2 minimum. Proactive, curious, and enthusiastic, you enjoy working in a team within a multidisciplinary framework. You are able to take a step back to have a holistic view of issues and are not afraid to constructively challenge the status quo.
