Your task:

In this role, you will ensure together with your team that product information is structured, up-to-date and available across channels – from article creation in SAP through maintenance in the PIM system to presentation in the online shop. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual with a high quality awareness who actively shapes our data quality.

You will record and maintain new articles in SAP and PIM according to internal data governance guidelines and ensure high data quality by enriching, optimising and quality-assuring existing data. In addition, you procure and integrate product data from various sources and contribute to the further development of the company-wide data model. You maintain and manage promotions in SAP and coordinate product clarifications with logistics and our suppliers.

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial or technical basic training; further education in data management, e-commerce or media technology is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) as well as PIM systems (ideally Contentserv)
• Very good knowledge of data maintenance, data management processes, data interfaces as well as product and master data modelling
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel for data analyses and evaluations
• Good understanding of B2B e-commerce processes and online shop structures
• Strong team skills as well as a structured, precise and independent working style with high attention to detail
• Very good German skills; French and/or Italian are an advantage
