Consulting group founded in , Ekkiden leads a team of passionate and committed consultants who carry out projects in IT/Digital, Industry/R&D, and sustainability, for major accounts and SMEs, in France, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.Program Manager - Cybersecurity & Data ProtectionThe role:Within a department dedicated to information security, data protection, and compliance, you will manage a portfolio of programs and projects aimed at strengthening governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will ensure coordination between business, IT, and management stakeholders to guarantee objectives are met, monitor investments, and ensure value creation through the programs under your responsibility.Responsibilities:Program and project portfolio management- Define and structure programs related to information security, compliance, and data protection.- Manage a portfolio of projects by monitoring deadlines, budgets, resources, risks, quality, and deliverables.- Maintain a consolidated view of the portfolio to identify impacts, dependencies, and necessary trade-offs.- Define and monitor performance indicators and management dashboards.Governance- Lead governance bodies and steering committees.- Ensure coordination between business teams, technical teams, and executive sponsors.- Produce reports for various stakeholders.- Promote good program management practices.Security, compliance, and risk management- Support the implementation of information security governance frameworks, data protection requirements, and regulatory compliance in projects.- Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to programs and projects.- Contribute to the development of methods, tools, and processes.Communication and change management- Ensure clear and adapted communication to management, managers, and teams regarding the progress and benefits of the programs.- Support stakeholders and the adoption of associated changes.What we are looking for:Education- Higher education (Master's or equivalent) in project management, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.Experience- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.- Proven experience in managing programs or project portfolios.- Experience in the fields of information security, risk management, or compliance.Key skills- Excellent mastery of program management and portfolio management.- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security governance.- Knowledge of regulations and standards related to data protection and information security.- Ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Mastery of project management methods, tools, and processes.- Experience in risk management and budget management.Appreciated skills- Knowledge of IT environments, understanding of IT architectures, networks, systems, and databases.- Experience in organizations structured around IT service management best practices.- Experience in change management.Personal skills- Leadership and ability to unite teams.- Sense of service and customer orientation.- Analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.- Autonomy and ability to propose solutions.- Excellent communication skills.- High level of confidentiality and ethics.- Resilience and ability to evolve in demanding environments.Certifications appreciated- PMP (Project Management Professional)- PgMP (Program Management Professional)- PRINCE2 Practitioner- IPMA Level B/A- PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner)- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor- Certified Data Protection Officer (DPO) or equivalent in data protection- Certification in change management (ADKAR or equivalent) jid0669fb3aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
