CX Researcher
As a CX Researcher, you help Migros Online build a deep understanding of its customers and turn insights into strategic direction. You combine research, data, and AI-driven capabilities to uncover what drives customer behaviour, working closely with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and Designers to answer what customers need and how we can improve their everyday lives.
What impact do you have?
Plan and conduct customer research with a strategic focus
Identify customer needs, motivations, and pain points
Combine insights from different sources (research, data, feedback, market trends) and put them into clear, actionable input for Product Areas
Improve how insights are stored, tagged, and made accessible
Experiment with new AI-supported ways of working and scale what works
Actively shape prioritisation, product decisions, and product area strategy, and present insights clearly to teams and leadership
What do you offer?
Education: Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)
Specialization: Psychology, Marketing, Economics, Communications or similar
Experience: 3+ years of experience in CX research would be ideal
Solid synthesis skills: you can pull together signals from different sources and make a coherent, useful picture out of them
A genuine passion for AI in research: you've been experimenting, you have a point of view, and you want to go further
Strong experience in customer research, ideally in a product organization

A natural ease working across teams: you know how to make conversations with PMs, analysts, and designers productive
