Caeli Engineering brings its expertise as HVACSE consulting engineers to numerous clients in Romandy. Our office also offers services in Building Automation, Building Physics, and Energy.

We are commissioned for both single-technical assignments and large-scale comprehensive projects. Our activity covers the housing, tertiary, and industrial sectors.

With 42 employees including 5 CVCSER project managers, we are looking for our 6th project manager to complete our team.

Multi-technical HVACSE Project Manager (M/F)

Conductor of HVACSE and Building Physics techniques for large-scale projects in Romandy.

YOUR TASKS

• Manage mandates regarding cost/quality/deadlines
• Main contact for the client
• Thanks to your experience, be a driving force for proposals in favour of the project
• Establish technical concepts, provide advisory duties and support client projects until their success
• Organise and mobilise resources
• Regular communication with Management to ensure resources and planning

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s degree and 10 years of experience including 3 years in this type of position
• Or
• HES Engineer, ES Technician, Bachelor, and 15 years of experience including 3 years in this type of position
• Good knowledge of Swiss HVACSE and Energy standards
• Analytical and decision-making skills facilitating autonomy in mandate management
• Ability to understand our clients’ needs and respond appropriately
• Ease in written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage your priorities and know how to delegate
• Enjoy working in a team with a cooperative spirit
