To complement our Broker & Partner service for French-speaking Switzerland, active in processing and following up on requests from our partners, we are looking for a Customer Support representative for our teams in Lausanne starting June 1st. Various tasks that you will undertake include: - Establishing and entering insurance offers for our corporate clients (across all sectors)- Supporting advisors to brokers in following up on our partners’ business- Monitoring renewal and recovery campaigns within the service- Managing various activities and tasks related to a portfolio that makes you unique.You possess professional experience in a similar position and/or have validated a qualification in insurance (federal or intermediate AFA certificate). You are proactive, and time management is not a mystery to you. Very sociable, you are comfortable with client and/or partner contacts. Mastery of the French language; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
