Description

Your mission 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

  • Guide customers through the entire order process, offering advice on available solutions

  • Coordinate customer lifecycle processes and address any improvement suggestions or change requests

  • Manage and process customer orders, including data entry, paperwork, and follow-ups

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, including e-commerce introductions

  • Provide support for administrative tasks, such as maintaining pricing schemes for different markets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear, timely, and proactive communication

  • Utilize the company's ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) and CRM tool (Hubspot) for efficient and accurate order processing

Qualifications 

  • Commercial apprenticeship and/or further education in customer service

  • 4+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the industry or medical/veterinary sector

Your skills and professional experience 

  • Background in medical device or veterinary industry is desirable but not a must

  • Hands on mentality with strong client-facing skills, such as strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Service-oriented and friendly personality

  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

  • Problem solving and analysis along with the ability to maintain calm under pressure

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • First leadership experience preferable
