Mandated by one of our clients, a leader in its field based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative FR/GER

• Ensure telephone reception of customers with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle and follow up customer complaints in French and German
• Assist customers in identifying their issues and provide appropriate solutions (first-level support)
• Contribute to conveying a positive and attractive image of the company

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration
• Language skills (good level in French, German B2 minimum)
• Comfortable with IT tools
• First experience in telephone assistance (call centre, customer service, etc.)
• You are available immediately, Monday to Saturday

Temporary assignment of 6 months, potentially renewable.
