Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Care Representative with experience in the Medical Device Industry, who will act as the bridge between our company and customers in the LATAM, Middle East, and Asia regions . This role involves a combination of customer relationship management, sales coordination, and market intelligence. The ideal candidate is proactive, multilingual, and passionate about improving patient care through innovative medical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Act as the first point of contact for existing customers across LATAM, Europe and Asia
  • Promote and develop sales across the full product portfolio.
  • Address product inquiries, support issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed regional revenue targets through account expansion.

Sales Coordination & Internal Liaison

  • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Align sales activities with supply chain availability to enhance delivery efficiency.

Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify new customers and distributors, especially targeting competitor dealers.
  • Send targeted demand emails and initiate conversations to create new leads.
  • Attend and represent the company at regional conferences, congresses, and industry events.
  • Analyze current market presence and identify growth opportunities and gaps.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer feedback, demand trends, and market gaps.
  • Use MS tools and analytics to present actionable insights to the sales and marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine go-to-market strategies based on field intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven experience in customer care, sales support, or business development roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Excel for analytics and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of the LATAM and EU medical markets, including customer behavior and regulatory environments.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and across multicultural, remote teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the region for events or client meetings.

Languages

English (Fluent), Conversant with local languages like German, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Arabic is a plus
