As a Customer Service employee in the Finance sector, you hold a varied role at the crossroads of human relations, business expertise, and technology. You advise and support our clients and partners in the daily use of our financial applications. Whether you have commercial training or already have experience in IT support, we are looking for a curious, motivated person who enjoys teamwork, is capable of taking initiative, and perseveres in tackling the most complex challenges.

What awaits you with us

• Within the level 2 support, you assist our clients and partners in resolving complex issues related to our financial applications.
• You handle demanding requests in depth. You analyse problems, identify relationships between different elements, and develop concrete solutions tailored to practical needs.
• You conduct training sessions for users of Abacus and help our clients and partners develop their skills to fully exploit the software’s potential.
• You document solutions and advice related to our software to ensure knowledge transfer to the various user groups.

Your profile

• Your completed initial or continuing commercial training forms the basis of your qualifications.
• You express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in French and German, and can clearly explain complex topics.
• Curious by nature, you do not hesitate to step out of your comfort zone, ask questions, and learn continuously.
• You enjoy contact with different interlocutors and favour a solution-oriented approach.
• You demonstrate analytical thinking and have an interest in IT. Ideally, you already have experience using software solutions as well as good technical knowledge.
