To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a: Customer Service Full-time Contract Your mission: From our office in Mont-sur-Lausanne, you contribute to the management of our fleet of water fountains. You ensure the follow-up of technical interventions as well as first-level after-sales support, thus guaranteeing a high-quality customer experience. As a representative of our commitment to quality service, you provide clear and responsive answers to customer inquiries.
