|| Development and monitoring of customers in basic services: identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions in current account management, savings, payment methods, investments and basic insurance || Development of the client portfolio: acquiring new clients, developing and monitoring the existing portfolio, while actively contributing to market prospecting activities || Collaboration and teamwork: identifying specific needs and directing clients to specialised advisors, fostering effective collaboration within the team || Commitment in a responsible environment: working in a cooperative bank with strong values, actively contributing to a sustainable and responsible approach, giving meaning to professional activity
What do you bring?
|| A completed banking qualification or an equivalent level in another financial field || Proven experience in advisory and/or sales (banking experience is a plus) || Ease in communication, with a well-developed sense of listening, understanding and adaptability || Enthusiasm for advising, serving and convincing, while adopting a positive attitude and a friendly demeanour || A strong willingness to learn, to develop continuously and achieve ambitious goals || Proficiency in using digital tools
