This structure allows for the design and production of actuators and electric motors at the two sites based in the border area.To strengthen our client's teams, we are looking for their:Customer Quality EngineerAs the primary point of contact for clients regarding all quality aspects, you will play a key role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the quality performance of our products, in connection with the sector's requirements. You will intervene simultaneously on several projects, each potentially at a different phase. Thus, in the project phase, your main missions will be as follows:- Contribute to the development and validation of products (APQP reviews, quality deliverables, PPAP).- Be the primary point of contact for clients during the development phases related to product/process and secure the transition to series production.Once the product has moved to series production, you will need to:- Be the primary quality point of contact for clients and manage series production issues.- Drive quality performance (PPM, NCE/NCI, KPI) and lead daily routines (QRQC).- Process non-conformities and client complaints (8D) and monitor corrective actions.- Reduce non-quality costs and maintain quality standards/tools in production.- Prepare and lead audits (clients, VDA, internal).Profile soughtWith higher education in quality management (or equivalent), you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer quality, ideally in the automotive industry, and are comfortable managing crises in a demanding environment. You are the primary point of contact for clients (equipment manufacturers, OEMs, manufacturers).You master the ISO standards and the core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 8D, FMEA, QRQC). You use English on a daily basis; German is a plus. With a strong analytical and synthetic mind, you work with rigor, anticipate, and know how to act cross-functionally. Diplomatic and pedagogical, you know how to convince, unite, and stay the course in times of tension, with an affirmed personality.
