Within our brand-new headquarters in Sierre, we are looking for a Customer Care representative, ready to provide them with an exceptional experience.Customer Care 80% - 100%A day in the role- Serving customers is in your DNA, and you do your utmost to delight them!- Register and process orders, update the database, prepare and send samples, and find solutions for every request.- Advise customers on all services offered by Univerre, embodying excellence at every touchpoint.- Through your proposals, contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and its processes, participate in projects and business development.- Manage turnover, ensure the physical and telephone reception of customers at the reception desk.- Maintain and follow up with existing customers as well as actively prospect for new customers.Keys to your success- Holder of a commercial employee diploma (CFC), ideally with 5 years or more of experience in customer service and related activities.- You are perfectly bilingual in German or French.
