Your mission:

Within the Customer Service & Billing sector, you ensure professional reception, both in person and by telephone, for our customers, visitors and partners, to guarantee a smooth and high-quality customer experience. You are the first contact and often the first image of the company.

In more detail:

- Welcome customers, visitors and partners at reception as well as by phone.

- Identify the request and the relevant area to ensure the first level of service (non-expert).

- Qualify, handle or direct calls to a competent contact.

- Ensure reliable message taking and timely transmission.

- Propose service offerings when necessary.

- Guarantee traceability of exchanges in the CRM (tickets, agenda).

- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the sector through field feedback.

- Apply confidentiality and security rules (identification, access).

- Manage sensitive or conflictual situations professionally both in person and by phone.

Required profile:

- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.

- Proven experience in a similar position.

- Good knowledge of the Multimedia sector or the energy field is an asset.

- Business software: Microsoft Suite and specifically Teams, ISE, Odoo, an asset.

- Excellent knowledge of French (English is a plus).

- Sense of hospitality, rigour and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Team spirit, customer-oriented and good communication skills.
