Enchant.Culinary Ambassador in Préverenges and Bern 70–80% (m/f/d)In this exciting role, you will design and host our culinary events, courses, and within the Taste Galleries in Préverenges and Bern professionally. You will enchant our customers with our high-end products, create refined culinary experiences, and advise them with expertise and attention to detail. You will work independently, actively support the sales team, and contribute to retaining our customers during daytime, evening, or weekend events.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Strengthen our motivated team in French-speaking Switzerland and Bern, at the Préverenges and Bern locations, for varied assignments in specialized consulting.- Organize and host culinary events and cooking classes in the Taste Galleries (showrooms), as well as during exhibitions and trade shows.- Present our high-end products professionally and masterfully create refined culinary experiences and offer personalized customer advice based on solid expertise.- Prepare events independently and follow up with customers energetically and committedly, whether during the day, evening, or weekend.- Effectively support the sales team and strengthen customer relationships during events.- Provide technical advice and personalized support on appliances during interactive sessions.- Promote the customer experience through engaging and interactive activities that highlight our expertise.An exciting position with the Swiss leader in household appliances, in a permanent contract with excellent working conditions, part of an established and highly motivated team, opportunities for continuous personal development with a fast learning curve thanks to a system of training and on-the-job learning.
