The Growth Office Marketing department mission is to co-create an environment for EHL units and marketers to succeed in their business growth objectives. They aim at strengthening EHL's core business, co-creating a marketing tool kit for success, aligned with EHL group's business growth objectives by using market intelligence, brand management, product & services development, and performance marketing.

CRM Manager
The mission of the CRM Manager is tomaximize & improve CRM usage among Business Units to align procedures and way of working. Define scalable and transverse CRM strategy and set up data foundations to help business decision making.
What will you do?
- Drive writing and implementation of scalable CRM strategy.
- Conduct business analysis with units to understand, optimize and turn standard operating procedures into a CRM roadmap.
- Assess the current CRM situation, including existing processes, data quality, user adoption levels, system integration, and overall performance metrics.
- Set governance on CRM reporting on contact engagement over time to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Develop and deliver CRM reporting & dashboards.
- Train and keep the group’s CRM skill set up to date.
- Explore and propose new functionalities.
- Support transversal marketing needs.
Who you are?
- You have a Master’s degree in a related filed.
- You have a CRM certification (HubSpot is a plus) and an analytics certification.
- You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- You have an extensive analytics portfolio and excellent analytical skills.
- You are fluent in English and in French (C1), other language is considered a plus.
- You have strong project management and data management skills.
- You are good at interacting with multiple stakeholders.
- You have a structured approach to problem solving.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are eager to learn and explore technical trends.
