To strengthen the intensive care unit, the HIB nursing management is looking for a:Clinical Nurse Specialist in Intensive Care 80 to 100%Your missionThe intensive care unit has 6 beds. Its mission is to ensure the care of adults in the Broye region suffering from multiple and unstable conditions. The service works closely with all the hospital's technical departments and institutional multidisciplinary stakeholders. The nursing team is composed of approximately 20 FTEs under the supervision of a specialized head nurse.Your responsibilities will be as follows:- Exercise clinical practice part-time directly with patients and analyze complex care situations and propose necessary actions- Manage institutional clinical projects under the supervision of the clinical manager- Promote evidence-based data in clinical practice for the benefit of quality, safety, and efficiency of care- Ensure supportive and empowering clinical supervision for members of the nursing team- Contribute to the development of team skills, the organization of the service, and accompany change- Define and monitor clinical performance indicators for nursing care- Participate in the implementation of institutional strategy- Stimulate reflection on future projects and innovation in careYou hold a Master's degree in Nursing Sciences and, ideally, a specialization in intensive care; as well as 5 years of experience in the field of hospital care. Proactive, your technical and relational skills allow you to offer quality care. Endowed with a good sense of organization, you have a marked interest in the quality of care and multidisciplinary collaboration. You demonstrate interpersonal skills, real clinical leadership, and a sense of responsibility.
