The Swiss Association of Electrical Companies (AES) is the umbrella organisation for the electricity sector. We work to ensure a safe, competitive, and sustainable electricity supply in Switzerland and represent the sector's interests with political circles, authorities, the business world, the media, and the general public. We also offer a varied range of services aimed at highly qualified professionals.
Your main tasks
You will manage the administration and logistics of continuing education courses, seminars, and events in French-speaking Switzerland, providing direct support to the continuing education programme manager. You will follow up with participants and speakers, process registrations and organisational requests, and manage client data in the CRM system. You will prepare invoices, certificates of attendance, and ensure the logistical organisation of courses, including rooms, catering, materials, and technical infrastructure. By being present on-site during courses and events, you guarantee their smooth running and actively contribute to the development and optimisation of internal processes and offerings.
- Basic commercial training or equivalent
- Experience in administration, ideally in continuing education or event organisation
- Excellent organisational skills, structured and autonomous working method
- Strong customer service orientation
- Very good command of MS Office and digital collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams); experience with CRM is an advantage
- Native French speaker
- Very good written and spoken German skills (minimum level B2)
- Committed, reliable personality with team spirit
