Couple for the Landeron campsite Your Mission: Excellence on a daily basis As ambassadors of our establishment, you will ensure the overall management of the site. Your role combines welcome, technical maintenance, and management from the next season. Primary Responsibilities Management: Managing the schedule via email request handling software and processing: Collection of stays, cash management, and follow-up on annexes. Logistics: Regular monitoring of activity and inventory management (supplies, cleaning products). Welcome: Check-in/check-out and high-level tourist advice. Maintenance, Security & Aesthetics Maintenance: Technical monitoring of infrastructures (spa, networks, accommodations) and landscaping maintenance. Vigilance: Management of access and ensuring calm. Quality: Rigorous control of cleaning work to guarantee impeccable cleanliness. Required Mixed skills: The couple must be comfortable with management tools and technical maintenance. Languages: French or German as a native language with very good knowledge of the other language, good knowledge of English would be appreciated. Personal qualities: Discretion, well-groomed, and strong sense of hospitality. Experience: Prior experience desired in a relevant field. Conditions Housing: Housing available on the campsite site for the high season offering great autonomy.
