As a Country Implementation Change Lead Support (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting the companies transformation by driving change management strategies for the Global SAP Program (SAP S/4HANA) across Greece, Romania and the Baltics. Your initial focus will be on maximizing employee adoption of a unified ERP landscape and standardized business processes across multiple releases. Over time, the role will increasingly shift toward enabling new ways of working, developing capabilities, and shaping organizational culture.

Responsibilities
  • Customize global change strategies and plans to drive fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working in your location
  • Deliver outcomes aligned with project plans
  • Collaborate closely with Functional Change Leads and the global Organizational Development (OD) team
  • Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream and oversee all communications and training activities in the country
  • Coach senior leaders and executives in their roles as change sponsors
  • Support country stakeholders — including people managers and supervisors — in managing transitions
  • Assist project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
  • Assess long-term organizational implications of changes and work with key stakeholders to develop appropriate strategies
  • Provide input for change communication and training plans
  • Lead meetings to discuss changes and develop adoption strategies
  • Analyze resistance to change and implement strategies to overcome it

Profile
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree; coaching or psychology background is a plus
  • Additional education in Change Management or Organizational Development
  • 5+ years of experience driving organizational change projects
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent presentation skills; Knowledge of Romanian or Greek is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations
  • Highly organized, energetic, and creative change professional
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and guide stakeholders toward a shared vision
