For our Neuchâtel offices, the Qualibroker groupCorporate Technical Manager at 100%For our Neuchâtel offices, the Qualibroker Swiss Risk and Care group is looking for a:Corporate Technical Manager at 100%Your main missions:- Manage an insurance portfolio for all lines (excluding LPP) for large and medium-sized corporate clients in various economic sectors, including the aspect of (checking insurance policies, preparing calls for tenders and analysis reports for new clients, highlighting strengths and weaknesses);- Adapt and optimize insurance coverage in line with developments in the insurance market or the structure and activities of the companies concerned;- Management of our private and corporate clients' insurance files, providing information to clients and insured parties, claims follow-up;- Calls for tenders, preparation of reports;- Execution of various administrative tasks;- Advice to clients and development of client solutions;- Development of existing portfolios through cross-functional projects and within the team;- Market and product monitoring;- Work in a team and in collaboration with client managers and specialists;- Ensure regular exchange between the different departments.Profile:- Confirmed experience with an insurance company or a broker in Switzerland in a similar position;- In possession of a Federal Diploma in insurance or equivalent diploma; otherwise, AFA intermediary certification;- Technical skills in all lines (excluding LPP and life);- A good communicator and comfortable with human relations;- Proactive, organized, and autonomous with a high sense of customer service and confidentiality;- Strong focus on customer service;- Marked willingness to combine efforts with those of colleagues working towards a common goal;- Mastery of French and English in writing and speaking (min C1).Workplace: NeuchâtelActivity rate: 100%Start date: To be agreedWhy join us?You will evolve in a stimulating environment, with complex files and high added value, within an expert team.
