For one of our clients, we are looking for an Insurance Broker 100%.For one of our clients, we are looking for an Insurance Broker on a permanent 100% basis, based in Geneva or Lausanne. The person will be in charge of creating and developing the insurance and pension business of the company.Responsibilities:- Development and management of the insurance and pension brokerage business within the company structure;- Implementation of agreements with insurance companies;- Development and management of the corporate and private insurance portfolio;- Responding to all client requests;- Visiting clients and prospects face-to-face and via videoconference;- Audit and analysis of existing insurance coverage and potential risks;- Tenders and comparison tables;- Subscription and renewal of insurance policies;- Monitoring of claims management;- Commercial prospecting of new clients;- Reporting to clients and management on office life.Profile:- Degree in insurance or pension or AFA Insurance Intermediary certification;- Federal Diploma in Insurance;- Similar experience within an established insurance broker in Switzerland;- Very good knowledge of all insurance branches and pensions;- Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written;- Proficiency in another language;- Commercial and entrepreneurial spirit;- Sense of responsibility, client development oriented, and professional.Conditions and Benefits:Our client offers a permanent 100% position within a well-established work environment conducive to development.
