Description

Your time will be spent in a company providing legal and corporate services to a group of companies with highly diversified activities (family office):

  • Preparing notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
  • Preparing various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
  • Coordinating signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
  • Responding to KYC requests;
  • Coordinating certifications and/or apostilles of various documentation;
  • Preparing bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Profile

* Bachelor degree in law, economics , STEP qualification a plus;

* Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in a family office, trust company or corporate legal department in a multinational environment;

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

* Excellent command of English and French (minimum C1).
