The Cook will be a key player in the management of the team and the establishment. The establishment values teamwork, communication, and excellence. The Cook operates in the kitchen and in service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day spread over three concepts. They plan and implement the Mobil Cook, supervise the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and desserts. As a point of contact for hygiene, quality, and maintenance, they also manage orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some exceptional evening interventions.Profile soughtWe are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in collective catering, ideally at Eldora, with recognized and structured management skills.
