The Cook will be a key player in the team, and the establishment values teamwork, creativity, and excellence. The Cook operates in the kitchen and in service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day spread over three concepts. They plan and implement the Mobil Cook, supervise the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and snacks. As a reference for hygiene, quality, and maintenance, they also manage orders and inventories. The hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some exceptional evening interventions.Profile soughtWe are looking for a professional with confirmed experience in collective catering, ideally with the company mentioned, with recognized and structured management skills. The person must be well-presented, discreet, and capable of collaborating with other chefs and support services. A global vision of the activity, a sense of service, and a team spirit are essential.
