We are recruiting for our client Philip Morris a **senior Conversion Manager** to support its client in the context of a temporary replacement. This role plays a key part in driving the global **IQOS onboarding and conversion program**, with a specific focus on improving conversion within 90 days and developing new consumer onboarding approaches, including the creation of a **new conversion channel**.

? **Your responsibilities**

### **1. Conversion Program Development**

- Design the core elements of the conversion program based on consumer insights and data.
- Collect and benchmark best-in-class executions from various industries and co-create solutions with markets.
- Contribute to the evolution of the global onboarding strategy.

### **2. Guidelines & Toolboxes**

- Develop the global conversion toolbox and market guidelines, including omnichannel assets, KPIs and deployment frameworks.
- Define requirements in collaboration with IT, CRM, Digital and Legal stakeholders.

### **3. Stakeholder Management & Global Community Leadership**

- Act as the global subject-matter expert for conversion for markets, regions and internal stakeholders.
- Brief and collaborate with IT, Legal, Creative Studio, senior management and VP-level stakeholders.
- Build, coach and develop a global community to facilitate best-practice sharing.

### **4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization**

- Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for improvement and propose concrete adjustments.
- Manage tight timelines while navigating ambiguity and driving complex projects forward.

### **5. Market Deployment & Ad Hoc Support**

- Lead the deployment of the conversion program across markets.
- Support the design and implementation of a **new conversion channel**, including access architecture and experience design.

### **Education & Experience**

- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent (e.g., EHL).
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in:


- Product or service management / lifecycle management.
- Global cross-functional program implementation.
- CRM and digital product management.
- Experience working in international matrix organizations.
- PMI certification is a plus.
