As a Contract Management & Projects Specialist (Construction), you play a key role in securing the contractual performance of projects close to the teams and on site. At SPIE MTS management, you collaborate with the PMO, project support, managers, project leaders, finance, and legal departments. This role offers advancement for field profiles looking to specialize in contractual and risk management. Objective: anticipate, structure, and resolve contractual issues and project risks. Your main activities:Contract Management & RisksContribute to the success of projects, including on construction sitesSecure the contractual basis from the call for tendersAnalyze the (SIA, FIDIC, etc.) and identify risks and leversImplement proactive risk managementCollaborate with the PMO and document and defend (deadlines, costs, scope)Manage analyses and responses, including on siteSupport project leaders in coordination and supportAdvise teams and anticipate sensitive issuesPromote good contractual practicesEnsure legal monitoring in SwitzerlandCollaborate with legal in case of disputesContribute to key project reviews and provide feedback to managementYour profile:A proven experience in project or construction site management (construction, energy, infrastructure, engineering) or an equivalent. Initial experience in construction management in Switzerland (SIA, FIDIC, local standards) and knowledge of law would be an advantage. Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills, as well as very strong solution-oriented skills, a desire to learn, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex situations, especially with multiple stakeholders. A strong preference for fieldwork and engagement with teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French.
