What awaits you
- You contact our clients by phone and arrange appointments with those interested in a consultation.
- You coordinate appointments with our client advisors.
- You are interested in financial matters and apply the knowledge you have acquired and deepened with us during the consultations.
What you bring
- You are a committed person and have an easy manner.
- You conduct structured conversations and are fluent in French and German.
- You have experience in the financial sector or in customer contact.

- You work in an informal and open environment in the city centre of Lausanne. Remote work is not possible for this position.
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday), with at least one evening shift per week until 7:30 pm.
