To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed professional to join us as of 1 April 2026 in the role ofConsultant Employee Benefits 60–100% (m/f) – Personal Insurance (Accident and Daily Sickness Benefits)Ihr Profil:What can you expect?Independent management and complex onboarding of international large corporate clientsDevelopment of insurance concepts, tender comparisons and presentationsAdvising our large corporate clients on all aspects of employee benefits and wellbeing topicsResponding to client enquiries in German, English and FrenchClose collaboration and coordination with colleagues locally and internationally within the framework of global broker mandatesActive involvement in exciting local projects and initiatives within the global WTW networkDaily interaction with internal and external stakeholdersYour profile:Several years of experience and strong technical expertise in personal insurance (accident and daily sickness benefits)Ideally, prior experience as a broker in the field of personal insuranceEnjoyment of working with clients, insurers and team colleaguesIndependent, solution-oriented working style combined with an entrepreneurial mindsetHands-on mentality and enthusiasm for the further development of our servicesVery good command of German,English and French, written and spoken (C1)FINMA certification required (a completed professional qualification is desirable)Wir bieten:What we offer:We offer you a diverse and exciting position in a dynamic and international working environment.
