Your agency LIP SUISSE SA is looking for a works supervisor for one of its clients to ensure the monitoring and execution of various renovation and fitting-out works on missions.- Supervise the progress of work carried out by the participating companies.- Ensure the monitoring of painting, window replacement, partition installation, and other finishing work sites.- Ensure compliance with deadlines, execution quality, and safety rules.- Coordinate the different trades and facilitate exchanges between stakeholders.- Check the conformity of the work carried out and report any discrepancies.- Perform regular reporting to the client.Profile:- Proven experience in monitoring or supervising works, ideally in renovation or finishing trades.- Solid knowledge of building trades.- Ability to coordinate several stakeholders simultaneously.- Sense of autonomy and excellent command of French, both oral and written. jid3cc5184aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
