To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:Technician ES – Site Manager – 100%Your missionSupervise and conduct all tasks inherent to site management, for SIA phases 31 to 53, while respecting project deadlines and budgets.Establish and follow up on requests for proposals and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure harmonious execution of the work.Study and check plans (civil engineer and architect) and ensure compliance with the building permit.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on the construction site.Maintain fluid communication with the client(s), the architect(s), the engineer(s), and other project stakeholders.Develop supplementary quotes and client invoices, follow up on additions/deductions as well as guarantees.Ensure client follow-up regarding both technical choices and material selections.Your profileYou hold an ES technician diploma, an EPF/HES degree in construction, or a title deemed equivalent.You have similar experience within a general construction company.Your analytical mind and sense of organization allow you to manage several complex projects simultaneously.You express yourself with ease in French, both orally and in writing.You work independently and know how to demonstrate dynamism and flexibility.You master the principles of construction management software (Messerli, MS Project), you are comfortable with EDM (M-Files) and MS Office (mainly Word and Excel).You appreciate teamwork and are comfortable with professional contacts.Workplace: La Chaux-de-FondsWe offerLong-term growth opportunities within a solid family group.The possibility to progress within dynamic teams committed to providing high-quality services.If you identify with this profile and are ready to take on a new challenge, we look forward to receiving your complete application. jidd095215aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
