We are recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Works Supervisor to strengthen a team specialized in the management and infrastructure of parking facilities. Our client supports private owners, local authorities, and property managers in the management and maintenance of their parking facilities. Their intervention is not limited to the daily monitoring of sites: they advise their clients, study needs, plan investments, and manage renovation projects in their entirety.The position is aimed at a person wishing to take charge of varied technical projects, from initial analyses to the acceptance of works, in environments that must generally remain accessible and functional during interventions.RoleYou take responsibility for several projects concerning existing parking facilities.Based on the needs expressed by the client and the condition of the facilities, you analyze the site, identify the necessary works, and participate in defining the most suitable technical solution. You take into account the condition of the structure, its usage, constraints, and the financial objectives set.You develop specifications, prepare calls for tenders, and analyze company proposals. You contribute to the costing of projects and the construction of investment plans that can span several years.Once the work begins, you coordinate the various stakeholders, organize the stages of the construction site, and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and the level of quality required. You anticipate constraints related to operating parking facilities and plan interventions in such a way as to limit their impact on users as much as possible.You also ensure regular communication with clients, companies, authorities, and any third parties concerned by the work. Your role consists of maintaining a global vision of the project, while precisely following its execution on the ground.ProjectsThe projects mainly concern the renovation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing parking facilities. They may include:- The repair of floors and technical coatings or resins;- Painting, marking, and signage work;- The renovation of lighting and technical equipment;- Secondary construction work;- Occasional civil engineering work;- The analysis of slabs, overloads, structures, or concrete degradation;- The reinforcement or waterproofing of structures;- The coordination of work carried out in infrastructures maintained in operation.Each project requires an approach adapted to the site, its level of degradation, and the constraints specific to its profile.ProfileYou have a degree in the field of construction, architecture, civil engineering, or construction management. Your career path has allowed you to acquire concrete experience in the monitoring and management of renovation works. You are capable of understanding a need, structuring a project, developing specifications, and accompanying its execution until acceptance.Experience in floor coatings, resins, the renovation of parking facilities, secondary construction work, the rehabilitation of structures, or the maintenance of infrastructure is an asset.You are comfortable in exchanges with public and private clients and know how to defend your proposals with clarity. Your approach is both technical, organized, and solution-oriented.Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to follow several matters in parallel, establish priorities, and anticipate difficulties.
