Great opportunity to join a renowned general contractor as a PPE Construction Assistant.PPE Construction AssistantOur client is a renowned general contractor based in the region, looking to recruit a PPE Construction Assistant.Position6-month fixed-term contract (possibly renewable) to be filled immediately.MissionsYour main responsibilities are:In collaboration with the PPE Manager, and within the framework of the construction of a major PPE in the Canton of Vaud:- Establishment and monitoring of quotes intended for clients, using Excel- Monitoring of PPE files (and subsequently of the buyers)- Updating of tracking tables and databases- Execution of necessary follow-ups and monitoring of deadlines- Archiving and filing of files- Management of exchanges between buyers, companies, and partners- Regular travel to the construction siteThis list is not exhaustive.Profile- Experience in a similar position in Switzerland required (Project Assistant, Technical Director Assistant, Technical Assistant...)- Skills in reading plans and technical knowledge- Excellent knowledge of the Office Pack, particularly Excel- Rigor, sense of organization, ability to manage several files in parallelWe will only respond to candidates meeting the criteria indicated above.Conditions and Benefits- Excellent work environment- Teamwork- Versatility and autonomy jid2f92199aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
