Responsibilities

• Draft and analyse bids
• Ensure the management and monitoring of works
• Develop and oversee project financial plans
• Manage accounts and invoicing
• Participate in project design and planning

Profile

• Building draughtsman CFC complemented by training in construction management
• Proven experience (min. 3 years) in a similar role
• Autonomous, rigorous and team-oriented personality
• Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools and industry software
• Driving licence required
