Your main tasks will be:

• Analyse the project from the perspective of the overall cost of completion
• Identify all optimisation opportunities to improve the competitiveness of the G.C. offer
• Search for economically advantageous technical and construction variants
• Optimise surfaces, volumes and construction ratios
• Study possibilities for simplifying the structure
• Verify the optimisation of façades, roofs and external fittings
• Reduce costs related to earthworks, basements and special structures
• Rationalise HVAC installations
• Identify risk items that could generate additional costs during the construction phase
• Analyse implementation yields and indirect site costs
• Verify the consistency of quantities and measurements
• Participate in establishing the general contractor’s cost price
• Assist the team in preparing company tender submissions
• Analyse and compare bid returns
• Identify price discrepancies and propose alternatives
• Build a database of updated costs and ratios
• Participate in the preparation of G.C. offers and competitions
• Propose variants to improve margin while maintaining project quality
• Establish a table of optimisations with financial impact by CFC

Profile:

• Higher education in construction, construction economics or civil engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good command of CFC, cost calculation and construction methods
• Proven experience in general contracting
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset
• Autonomy, rigour and sense of priorities
