Our client is an international company based in Geneva.

## Job Description ##

The Consolidation Manager is expected to deliver the following:

\- Manage the full group consolidation cycle and produce US GAAP financial statements.

\- Ensure data quality and compliance across subsidiaries.

\- Improve consolidation and reporting systems and processes.

\- Coordinate with tax, treasury, FP&A, and other corporate teams.

\- Maintain strong internal controls and documentation.

\- Provide financial insights through variance and performance analysis.

\- Support statutory reporting and compliance.

\- Contribute to M&A, new standards implementation, and other strategic projects.



## The Successful Applicant ##



The candidates are expected to present the following profile:

\- Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification preferred.

\- At least 5 years' experience in an international, matrix-structured organization, in a consolidation role.

\- Strong expertise in group consolidation and US GAAP.

\- Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and consolidation tools (e.g., FCCS).

\- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

\- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
