## Job Description ##

* Support the preparation and setup of meeting and conference venues.
* Provide logistical assistance to internal and external stakeholders during events.
* Assist with remote participation platforms and live streaming sessions.
* Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and process improvements.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Experience in organizing high-level international conferences and working with audiovisual technologies.
* Strong knowledge of videoconferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom).
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of another official language is an asset.
* High level of customer orientation.
