As a Concierge & Cleaning Supervisor at ISS, you lead teams, personally take care of clients, and ensure that our services are provided at the highest level. You are responsible for the quality, costs, and performance of the sites you manage.Your tasks- Management of schedules, intervention planning, and rounds for agents- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards- Organization and supervision of specific services (carpet shampooing, high-altitude window cleaning, floor stripping)- Direct intervention in the field to compensate for absences or manage emergencies- Adherence to safety protocols and support for new employees- Daily or weekly briefings, transmission of instructions, and team management- Management of minor works and subcontractor interventions- Monitoring of complaints and client requests- Management of working hours, absences, leave, and follow-up of annual reviews- Inventory and ordering of cleaning products, equipment, and consumables (toilet paper, soap, etc.)- Maintenance of the machine fleet (scrubbers, etc.) and monitoring of repairs- Collection of grievances and adjustment of services in direct contact with the client- Control of costs related to products and labor to respect budgets allocated per unit- Transmission of elements to ensure accurate invoicing- Strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures in force at ISS- Control of the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and handling of chemical products- Supervision and training of new employeesWhat you bring- CFC in the cleaning sector (cleaning agent, facility agent, or equivalent), or continuous training in the cleaning field- Confirmed experience in team management- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the service sector and in cleaning activities- Good command of spoken and written French (English, Portuguese, or Spanish is an asset)- Mastery of IT tools (MS Office)- Driver's license, clean criminal record- Sense of service, good presentation, proactive, organizedReady for us?
