APP83 Service of and orientation Trainee in CFC (3 positions) APP83 Service of (SFPO) - Neuchâtel Professional Center (CPNE) The Secondary 2 Service (SiS2) offers support to the poles of CPNE and to the high schools (LBC, LDDR, LJP). It is responsible for the development and evolution of the resources and infrastructures available to the schools. The SiS2 develops digital solutions and undertakes projects for the technical, educational domains, and the Secondary institutions. Missions As a trainee, you will install and configure the systems and ensure their commissioning. You will participate in troubleshooting, maintain the equipment, and provide support to users in tools. In this context, you will analyze the problems encountered and contribute to the implementation of solutions in collaboration with qualified specialists. Over the course of your training, you will also engage in various tasks such as conducting inventories or writing reports, and you will participate in different projects of SiS2 while gradually discovering the activities and functioning of the service.
