The group aims to build, by [Year], a park with a capacity of 2.4 GW and to become a benchmark player in short-circuit renewable energies serving businesses and local authorities.In this context, Biolid SA is looking for a Head of Compliance & Flow Performance to join its dynamic team and contribute to its development in Switzerland.Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the [System Name] system for the traceability and compliance of inputs.- Supervise costs inherent to the Biogaz Business Unit (overhead, legal expenses, charges).- Manage a team in charge of the administration of agricultural flow contracts and compliance.- Ensure regulatory monitoring of the RED directive and its developments (France and Europe) in liaison with the CVE Biogaz RED Manager.- Guarantee the compliance and traceability of biomass used in biomethane production:- Be the point of contact within the ADVA team for commercial partners (internal & external) regarding the RED directive.- Accompany and provide support to the RED Manager for the deployment and evolution of the [System Name] system for sustainability data of biomass and bio-waste inputs.- Train and accompany teams on RED requirements and best practices.- Consolidate and verify sustainability data from waste suppliers and keep them up to date (Sanitary Approval Number, etc.).- Prepare and coordinate compliance audits in liaison with the CVE Biogaz RED Manager and accredited bodies.- Ensure the management and steering of Performance Indicators related to revenues and costs of the Regener activity, guaranteeing their reliability and availability for economic steering.- Be responsible for the recovery related to downstream flows.Profile- Higher education in Renewable Energies, Quality, Phytosanitary, or knowledge of the European environmental regulatory framework for renewable energies, in particular RED directives.- Technical understanding of the biomethane value chain and its supply channels.- Experience in auditing, data monitoring, or contract management.- Experience in team management.- Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex data.- Ease and ability to work with varied internal and external stakeholders (technical, financial, and institutional).- Autonomous, organized, and proactive, you enjoy teamwork.- Recognized for your human qualities, you demonstrate aptitude and skill in collaborative work.- You have a sense of responsibility, a sense of ethics, and always work towards the economic optimization of the flows you manage.- Client-oriented and endowed with a strong service spirit, you are capable of making decisions.Benefits- Join a mission-driven company, committed to the energy transition and B Corp certified.- Work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional development.- Competitive salary and social benefits.- Contribute to projects having a positive impact on the environment and communities.How to applyIf you are motivated by this opportunity and wish to contribute to the mission of Biolid SA, we invite you to submit your application. jid0c01d2aaen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
