Community Clerk at 45% A dynamic municipality of 550 residents, Villarzel is committed to improving the quality of life in its three villages. A team of three supports the Municipal Council in managing community affairs. In view of the retirement of the current holder, we are looking for a Community Clerk at 45%. In this central role, you will manage the municipality's accounting under the responsibility of the municipal officer in charge of finances. As a key point of contact, you will provide answers to requests from the syndic and other members of the municipality regarding financial and accounting matters. Your role will also require you to collaborate with various departments by providing occasional support in the execution of their tasks. The municipality is already compliant with MCH2 standards. The qualifications and requirements are as follows: • You have or have had experience in the field of municipal finances and know MCH2; • You are rigorous, precise, and organized; • You demonstrate integrity, firmness, and reliability in your professional approach; • You understand the general functioning of the Vaud political system at the municipal level and have a good sense of public service; • You are comfortable with tools and appreciate optimizing your work using them; • You demonstrate discretion and strictly respect confidentiality.
