The ASSC works in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional manner, respecting the mission and objectives of the institution.Missions and responsibilities- Provide basic care and medical-technical procedures, delegated by the reference nurse, in a global approach to the client- Promote the recovery of the client's health, the strengthening or maintenance of their autonomy to allow them to re-establish, continue, or adapt their lifestyle so that they can remain or return home- Evaluate and re-evaluate care needs and assume the reference for them- Carry out care tasks while respecting the client's lifestyle habits and environment- Promote the maintenance of ties with the entourage and collaborate with them by determining resources and providing supportProfile- Federal Certificate of Proficiency as an ASSC and authorization to practice in the canton of Geneva- Sense of responsibility and empathy towards others, listening skills- Ability to evaluate situations and act responsibly- Resistance to stress and physical work- Aptitude for working autonomously and in an interprofessional manner within a multidisciplinary team- Mobility essential (by bike / on foot / by car / by public transport).What we offerAt IMAD, we believe that you are the priority.
